About the Role
Own the post-sales relationship with our enterprise clients. You will drive adoption, handle escalations, and ensure 90%+ retention across your portfolio of 15-20 enterprise accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 15-20 enterprise accounts (₹50L+ ARR each)
- Drive product adoption through training, workshops, and QBRs
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Handle escalations and coordinate with engineering on technical issues
- Build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders
- Track health scores and create success plans for at-risk accounts
Requirements
- 2-4 years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience working with enterprise clients in India
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable with analytics and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS/technology companies
- Understanding of loyalty, CRM, or distribution domain
- Project management certification (PMP, Scrum)
