Data We Collect
Account info (name, email, company), usage data, device info, and Customer Data you input into the platform. You retain full ownership of Customer Data.
How We Use Data
Service delivery, product improvement, support, billing, security monitoring, and legal compliance. We never sell your data.
Data Sharing
Only with service providers under strict DPAs. Never sold or rented to third parties. Shared only when required by law or with your consent.
Your Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection. Contact privacy@imast.in. Response within 30 days.
Data Retention
Active accounts: duration of subscription. Post-deletion: 90 days. Backups purged within 30 days. Billing records: 7 years (Indian tax law).
