About the Role
Drive new business acquisition with enterprise clients across FMCG, pharma, automotive, and building materials. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with average deal sizes of ₹10-50 lakhs ARR.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and qualify enterprise prospects through outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and ROI presentations
- Navigate complex enterprise buying processes with multiple stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and close deals within quarterly targets
- Collaborate with solutions team on proposals and RFP responses
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot CRM
Requirements
- 3-6 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota (₹1Cr+ annual)
- Experience selling to CXO-level buyers in Indian enterprises
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
Nice to Have
- Experience selling loyalty, CRM, or distribution software
- Existing relationships in FMCG/pharma/automotive verticals
- MBA from a reputed institution
