About the Role
Own the product roadmap for one of our core products (LoyaltyBoard, Distribution+, Sales Track). You will define what we build, why we build it, and measure whether it worked.
What You’ll Do
- Define product strategy and roadmap based on customer insights and market analysis
- Write detailed PRDs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Prioritize features using data-driven frameworks (RICE, ICE)
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and customer success teams
- Conduct customer interviews and analyse usage data to identify opportunities
- Present product updates to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with SQL, analytics tools
- Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer needs
Nice to Have
- Domain experience in loyalty, CRM, distribution, or field sales
- Experience with Indian enterprise customers
- Technical background (CS/engineering degree)
