About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale our IMAST 360 platform used by 2M+ users across 100+ enterprises. You will own features end-to-end — from database design to pixel-perfect UIs.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js/TypeScript
- Build responsive, performant frontends with React/Next.js
- Architect database schemas and optimize queries (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Collaborate with product managers and designers on feature specs
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS platforms at scale (100K+ users)
- Familiarity with loyalty/CRM/distribution domain
- Open-source contributions
