About the Role
Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces for enterprise SaaS products used by millions. You will own the design system, create user flows, and work closely with product and engineering to ship pixel-perfect experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Build and maintain IMAST’s design system and component library
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design fidelity in implementation
- Present design decisions to stakeholders with clear rationale
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Expert-level Figma skills with strong design system experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise application design
- Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React)
- Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with data-heavy dashboard design
- Motion design skills (Framer Motion, After Effects)
- Experience designing for Indian enterprise users
