1. Acceptable Use

The IMAST 360 platform is provided for legitimate business purposes. Users must comply with all applicable laws and these guidelines when using our services.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or networks
• DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network interference
• Phishing, social engineering, or impersonation
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward any user
• Data scraping, crawling, or automated extraction without permission
• Resource abuse (excessive API calls, storage misuse)
• Using the Platform for illegal activities

3. Investigation Process

1. Report received: Acknowledged within 24 hours
2. Investigation: Our security team reviews evidence and logs
3. Action taken: Warning, suspension, or termination based on severity
4. Notification: Affected parties informed of outcome

4. Enforcement

• Warning: For first-time minor violations
• Suspension: For repeated violations or serious offences
• Termination: For egregious violations, with no refund

IMAST reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement when required by valid legal process. All requests are reviewed by our legal team for validity and scope.
