Abuse Policy
IMAST Operations Private Limited is committed to providing a safe, secure, and reliable platform for all users. This Abuse Policy defines what constitutes abuse of the IMAST 360 platform, how to report it, and the actions IMAST will take in response.

What Constitutes Abuse
The following activities are considered abuse of the IMAST 360 platform and are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized access: Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without proper authorization, including brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, or exploiting vulnerabilities
- Data scraping: Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract data from the IMAST platform without authorization
- Denial-of-service attacks: Deliberately overloading IMAST services with excessive requests or traffic to disrupt availability for other users
- Phishing: Using the IMAST platform to create or distribute fraudulent communications designed to deceive recipients into revealing sensitive information
- Malware distribution: Uploading, hosting, or distributing malicious software, viruses, trojans, or other harmful code through IMAST services
- Harassment: Using the platform to harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users or individuals
- Illegal activity: Using IMAST services for any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
- Resource misuse: Using IMAST services in ways that consume excessive resources and degrade performance for other customers, such as cryptocurrency mining or unrelated computational tasks
Reporting Abuse
If you have witnessed or been affected by abusive activity on the IMAST 360 platform, please report it to our abuse team immediately:

When reporting abuse, please include the following information to help us investigate effectively:
- Your name and contact information
- A detailed description of the abusive activity, including relevant dates, times, and frequency
- Any evidence you have, such as screenshots, email headers, URLs, or log files
- The identity or account details of the alleged abuser, if known
- The impact the abuse has had on you or your organization
IMAST's Response Process
Upon receiving an abuse report, IMAST follows a structured investigation and response process:
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 24 hours.
- Investigation: Our security and trust team will investigate the report within 72 hours, gathering evidence and assessing the severity of the abuse.
- Action: Appropriate action will be taken within 7 days of the initial report, based on the findings and severity of the abuse.
- Follow-up: The reporter will be informed of the outcome and any actions taken, to the extent we are able to share without violating the privacy of other parties.
Consequences of Abuse
Depending on the nature and severity of the abuse, IMAST may take one or more of the following actions:
- Warning: A formal written warning notifying the user of the policy violation and requiring immediate cessation of the abusive activity
- Feature restriction: Temporary or permanent restriction of specific platform features associated with the abuse
- Account suspension: Temporary suspension of the offending account pending investigation or compliance
- Account termination: Permanent termination of the account and all associated services, without refund of prepaid fees
- Legal action: Pursuit of legal remedies, including seeking injunctive relief and damages, where the abuse has caused harm to IMAST, its customers, or third parties
IMAST reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, without prior warning in cases of severe or ongoing abuse that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the platform.
Cooperation with Law Enforcement
IMAST cooperates with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in the investigation of illegal activities conducted through or facilitated by our platform. We may disclose user information to law enforcement when required by valid legal process (such as a court order or subpoena) or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm, protect the safety of individuals, or prevent criminal activity.
All law enforcement requests are reviewed by our legal team to verify their validity and scope before any information is disclosed.
