Knoxy capability · Sets up
Set up IMAST 360 by telling Knoxy what you need
Platform configuration is the Knoxy capability that sets up IMAST 360 for you — schemes, rules, territories, workflows and users — from instructions your team gives in plain language, instead of someone working through settings screens one by one.
- Schemes, rules, territories, workflows and users
- Instructions in plain language
- Across all six IMAST 360 products
The idea
What does AI platform configuration mean?
Every channel platform needs to be configured before it does useful work. Schemes need rules, territories need boundaries, users need roles, and workflows need approval steps. In most software that work happens in admin screens, and it usually waits for whoever on the team knows where each setting lives.
Knoxy changes who can do that work. A sales or loyalty manager describes what they need — a new slab scheme for a region, a territory split, an approval step for large claims, a new team of reps — and Knoxy, the AI Chief of Staff in IMAST 360, configures it in the platform.
Because Knoxy works across IMAST 360, configuration is not limited to one product. The same instruction can touch LoyaltyBoard schemes, Sales Track territories and Distribution+ workflows, which is where most manual setup errors happen.
Examples
What you can ask Knoxy to set up
Typical configuration requests, and where they land in IMAST 360.
| You ask for | Knoxy configures | Product |
|---|---|---|
| A slab scheme for one region this quarter | Scheme rules, eligible partners, dates | LoyaltyBoard |
| A new territory split for two reps | Territories and assignments | Sales Track |
| An extra approval step for large claims | Claim workflow and approval levels | LoyaltyBoard |
| A new team of field reps | Users and roles | Sales Track |
| A distributor workflow change | Workflow steps | Distribution+ |
How it works
From instruction to configured platform
Configuration in four steps.
- 1Ask
Describe what you need
Tell Knoxy the scheme, rule, territory, workflow or user change you want.
- 2Prepare
Knoxy prepares it
Knoxy works out what has to change across the IMAST 360 products involved.
- 3Configure
Knoxy sets it up
The configuration is applied in the platform.
- 4Run
Your team runs it
The scheme, territory or workflow is live for your teams and partners.
Getting it right
Good habits for AI-led configuration
Clear instructions get clear results. Name the region, partner type, product line, dates and budget you mean, the same way you would brief a colleague. Ambiguity in a scheme brief causes problems whether a person or an AI sets it up.
Keep one owner for each area of configuration. Knoxy makes changes faster, which makes it more important that one person decides how schemes or territories should look, so that two managers are not asking for conflicting changes.
Review new schemes and workflows before partners see them, especially anything that affects payouts. Fast setup is most valuable when it frees your team to check the details that matter.
- Name region, partner type, products, dates and budget
- One owner per configuration area
- Check payout-related changes before launch
- Use the copilot to ask how something is set up today
Getting started
How to roll out AI-assisted configuration
Start with changes your team makes often and understands well — a new scheme for a region, a revised tier rule, a territory change. These are easy to check, so your admins quickly learn how Knoxy interprets instructions and where to be more specific.
Write instructions the way you would brief a colleague: what should change, for whom, from when and until when. "Double points on the new switch range for retailers in the west zone from 1 November to 31 December" gives Knoxy everything it needs; "run a festive scheme" does not.
Keep ownership clear. Configuration still belongs to your admin team; Knoxy removes the clicking, not the responsibility. Review what was set up the first few times, and keep a simple log of significant changes so sales and finance know what is live.
Over time, move routine setup to Knoxy and keep your admins' time for the decisions that need judgement — scheme budgets, partner segmentation and program design.
- Begin with frequent, well-understood changes
- Brief Knoxy like a colleague: what, who, when
- Review early configurations
- Keep a log of significant changes
FAQs
Platform configuration FAQs
What is AI platform configuration?
It is configuration of software — rules, schemes, territories, workflows, users — done by an AI from instructions, instead of a person working through settings screens.
What can Knoxy configure?
Knoxy can configure IMAST 360, including schemes, rules, territories, workflows and users.
Does Knoxy work across products?
Yes. Knoxy works across all six IMAST 360 products — LoyaltyBoard, Reward Max, Distribution+, Sales Track, LeadSprint and TrueView.
Do we still need an admin?
Yes. Someone should own how schemes, territories and workflows are set up. Knoxy takes on the setup work so that person spends less time in settings screens.
Can Knoxy explain how something is configured today?
Yes. Knoxy's copilot answers questions about your channel in the flow of work, which includes asking how something is set up.
Is configuration by Knoxy secure?
Knoxy is part of IMAST 360, which uses role-based access, MFA and immutable audit logs, and is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II verified.
Does Knoxy replace the scheme engine?
No. The LoyaltyBoard scheme engine is where schemes live; Knoxy can set them up in it for you.
What kind of instructions work best?
Specific ones: what should change, for which partners or regions, and the start and end dates. The more precise the instruction, the closer the configuration is to what you intended.
