Sales Track · Order booking
Order booking app for field reps, with schemes applied
An order booking app lets field reps take orders at the outlet instead of on paper. In Sales Track, reps book orders in one tap from auto-filled SKU lists, with scheme pricing already applied, and orders flow to Distribution+ for billing — even when the outlet has no network.
- One-tap orders from auto-filled SKU lists
- Scheme pricing applied automatically
- Native link to Distribution+ for billing
The basics
Why order booking moves to an app
Paper order books and phone calls cause the same problems in every trade business: wrong SKUs, missed schemes, orders keyed in again at the distributor, and days before anyone sees what was sold.
An order booking app puts the order into the system at the outlet. The rep picks from the outlet's SKU list, the right scheme price is applied, and the order goes straight to billing.
Because Sales Track is part of IMAST 360, the order lands in Distribution+, where credit and stock are checked and the GST invoice is raised. Field orders and distributor billing share one record.
The challenge
Where manual order taking leaks
And what changes in Sales Track.
01
Wrong or missing SKUs
SKU lists are auto-filled for each outlet, so reps pick rather than type.
02
Schemes applied by memory
Scheme pricing is applied to the order automatically.
03
Orders keyed in twice
Orders flow natively into Distribution+, where credit and stock are checked before billing.
04
No network at the outlet
Orders can be booked offline and sync when the network returns.
How it works
How an order moves on IMAST 360
From the outlet to the invoice.
- 1Visit
Rep checks in
The rep checks in at the outlet with a geo-fenced GPS check-in.
- 2Order
Order booked
One tap from the outlet's SKU list, with scheme pricing applied.
- 3Check
Credit and stock
Distribution+ runs credit checks and stock validation, with auto-approval rules.
- 4Bill
Invoice raised
The distributor raises a GST invoice, e-Invoice and e-Way Bill, and tracks delivery.
Setting it up
How to set up order booking
Load your SKU master and price lists first, then map SKUs to outlet types, so each rep sees a short, relevant list rather than the full catalogue.
Configure schemes centrally so the app applies them. Reps should never need to work out a scheme price themselves.
Connect order booking to billing from day one. With Distribution+, orders go straight to the distributor; with another DMS or ERP, Sales Track connects through REST APIs.
- SKU master and price lists first
- SKU lists by outlet type
- Schemes configured centrally
- Orders connected to billing from day one

FAQs
Order booking app FAQs
What is an order booking app?
A mobile app field reps use to take orders at the outlet, choosing SKUs from a list instead of writing them down, so the order goes straight into the system.
Are schemes applied automatically?
Yes. Orders in Sales Track carry scheme-applied pricing, so reps don't calculate scheme prices themselves.
Where does the order go after it is booked?
With Distribution+, the order flows to the distributor for credit and stock checks and GST invoicing. Other DMS and ERP systems connect through REST APIs.
Does Sales Track suggest what to order?
Knoxy forecasts orders and inventory and suggests orders, and Enterprise plans add the Order AI Agent.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Sales Track is offline-first: reps can check in, place orders, capture photos and log activities without connectivity, and everything syncs when the network returns.
Does it connect to our DMS or ERP?
Yes. Sales Track connects natively with Distribution+ (the IMAST DMS) and to SAP, Tally and other ERPs through REST APIs.
