The job
What a channel head is really responsible for
A channel or sales head owns numbers they don't directly control. Primary sales depend on distributors placing orders; secondary sales depend on retailers and dealers moving stock; influencer recommendations depend on electricians, plumbers and painters choosing your product on site. The field team is the lever, and schemes are the fuel.
The difficulty is that the information needed to pull those levers usually sits in different places. Orders live in the DMS, visits in the SFA app, scheme performance in a loyalty vendor's portal or a spreadsheet, and payouts in finance's books. By the time it is pulled together, the month is over.
IMAST 360 is built so those pieces share one platform. Distribution+ holds orders and stock, Sales Track holds visits and field activity, LoyaltyBoard runs schemes and partner engagement, and Reward Max pays out. Purchase data from Distribution+ flows into LoyaltyBoard for scheme calculation, so scheme progress is based on real orders.

A typical month
How the month changes
At the start of the month you set or adjust schemes in the scheme engine — a focus-SKU push in one region, a slab scheme for distributors in another. Partners see them in the member app and on WhatsApp, and reps see them during visits.
During the month, scheme progress updates as orders flow in from Distribution+ and as partners scan or upload invoices. Instead of waiting for a quarter-end settlement, you can see which regions and partners are moving and which are not, and point the field team at the gap.
At month end, the numbers your team reviews come from the same platform: orders, scheme earnings, field coverage and rewards paid. There is less time spent reconciling spreadsheets from different tools and more time on deciding what to change next month.
Questions you can answer
From question to answer

|---|---|
| Which distributors are behind on this quarter's scheme? | Scheme engine on Distribution+ orders |
| Which reps are missing visit targets this week? | Sales Track, with Knoxy performance-gap alerts |

Practical advice
Getting the most from IMAST 360 as a channel head
Start with the scheme you already run. Rebuilding it on the platform shows quickly where the data was incomplete before, and gives the team a familiar starting point instead of a new program to learn at the same time as a new tool.
Involve the field team early. Reps who can enrol partners on visits, help with claims and see scheme progress have a reason to use the app, and partners take a program more seriously when their rep talks about it.
Review schemes every month, not every quarter. The value of live data is that you can stop a scheme that isn't working before its budget is spent, and double down on one that is.
- Rebuild your current scheme first
- Let reps enrol partners and support claims
- Review scheme performance monthly
- Use Knoxy alerts to direct field effort

FAQs
Channel & sales head FAQs
What does IMAST 360 do for a channel or sales head?
It puts schemes, partner engagement, secondary sales and field activity on one platform — LoyaltyBoard, Distribution+, Sales Track and Reward Max — with Knoxy flagging gaps and suggesting schemes.
Can scheme progress use real orders?
Yes. Purchase data from Distribution+ flows into LoyaltyBoard for scheme calculation. Third-party DMS platforms connect through REST APIs on the Enterprise plan.
Do we need all the products?
No. Each product works on its own. Channel heads often start with LoyaltyBoard or Sales Track and add others later.
How do field reps fit in?
Reps using Sales Track can enrol partners during visits, with Digital KYC on the spot, and help them with claims.
Can we change schemes without IT?
Yes. Schemes are configured in the scheme engine by your sales or marketing team.
How do we spot partners going quiet?
LoyaltyBoard shows activity by partner, and the Enterprise plan adds churn prediction. Knoxy can suggest schemes for segments that are slowing down.
What does Knoxy alert me about?
Field performance gaps, fraud and anomalies, and opportunities such as suggested orders and schemes.
Does it work for influencer programs too?
Yes. Electricians, plumbers, painters, masons and mechanics can run on the same platform with their own rules.
