The challenge
Why channel schemes leak value
Most brands spend heavily on trade schemes and still can't say which rupee moved which sale.
01
Schemes live in spreadsheets
Slabs, SKUs and regional rules are worked out by hand, so payouts arrive late and get disputed.
02
Claims are hard to verify
Without reliable proof of sale, duplicate invoices and inflated claims slip through.
03
Every partner gets the same deal
Flat schemes reward an average partner as generously as your best one.
04
Nobody knows what worked
Scheme spend is easy to see. Its effect on secondary sales is not.
Who it's for
Built for every tier of your channel
A distributor, a dealer and a counter retailer respond to different incentives. Give each the scheme that fits how they earn.
Distributors
Reward primary volume, new outlet coverage and focus-SKU push across their territory.
Dealers
Turn quarterly targets into slab-based rewards they can track every day.
Retailers
Recognise sell-out, display compliance and repeat ordering at the counter.
Counter staff & promoters
Small, instant rewards for the people recommending your brand on the shop floor.

FAQs
Common questions about channel loyalty programs
What is a channel loyalty program?
A channel loyalty program rewards the businesses that sell your products — distributors, dealers, wholesalers and retailers — for the behaviour you want: higher volumes, focus-SKU sales, on-time ordering, display compliance or new outlet coverage. Unlike one-off trade schemes, it runs continuously, with points, tiers and rewards that build long-term preference for your brand.
How is a channel loyalty program different from a trade scheme?
A trade scheme is usually a time-bound discount or gift for hitting a target. A loyalty program wraps those schemes in a lasting structure: partners build points and tier status over time, see their progress every day, and earn recognition beyond a single quarter. You can still run seasonal schemes inside the program.
How do channel partners earn points?
Points can be credited on purchases, QR code scans, invoice uploads, display or visit tasks and any custom behaviour you define. Invoices are read by AI-powered OCR, which validates amounts before points are credited.
How do you stop fraudulent or duplicate claims?
Partners complete Digital KYC before they can redeem. AI monitors redemption speed, duplicate claims, device fingerprints and location anomalies, OCR verification catches invoice tampering, and multi-level approval workflows review exceptions.
Can distributors, dealers and retailers have different rules?
Yes. Each partner type, region or product group can have its own earning rules, slabs, tiers, gamification and reward catalogue, all within one program.
Do channel loyalty rewards attract TDS?
In India, Section 194R requires TDS on business benefits above ₹20,000 in a financial year, which can include loyalty rewards given to channel partners. Plan your reward structure with this in mind and confirm the treatment with your tax advisor — our TDS 194R guide explains the basics.
