1. Our Commitment

IMAST has zero tolerance for spam. All communications sent through the IMAST 360 platform must comply with applicable anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and India’s Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations.

2. Prohibited Actions

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or WhatsApp messages
  • Using purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists
  • Sending messages without valid opt-in consent
  • Falsifying sender information or subject lines
  • Circumventing rate limits or sending controls
  • Harvesting email addresses from the Platform

3. Enforcement

Violations result in progressive action:

  1. First offence: Written warning with 24-hour remediation deadline
  2. Second offence: Temporary account suspension (up to 7 days)
  3. Third offence: Permanent account termination without refund

4. Reporting Spam

If you receive unsolicited communication from an IMAST customer, report it to abuse@imast.in. We investigate all reports within 24 hours.
