1. Overview

IMAST respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid claims of infringement. This page outlines the process for filing intellectual property complaints.

2. Filing a Complaint

To file an IPR complaint, send an email to legal@imast.in with the following information:

  • Description of the protected work (copyright, trademark, patent)
  • Proof of ownership (registration certificate, original work evidence)
  • Identification of the infringing material on our Platform
  • Your contact information (name, email, phone, address)
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorised
  • A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

3. Response Timeline

  • Acknowledgment: Within 48 hours of receipt
  • Investigation: Within 10 business days
  • Resolution: Removal, counter-notice, or rejection with reasoning

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notice with evidence that the material does not infringe. Counter-notices are processed within 10 business days.
