This Trademark Policy sets out guidelines for the use of IMAST Operations Private Limited's trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand assets. Proper use of our trademarks helps protect our brand identity and prevents customer confusion.

IMAST Trademarks
The following are registered or common law trademarks of IMAST Operations Private Limited:
- IMAST — the company name and primary brand
- IMAST 360 — the integrated platform brand
- LoyaltyBoard — loyalty management product
- Distribution+ — distribution management product
- Sales Track — sales force automation product
- LeadSprint — lead management product
- TrueView — analytics and reporting product
- IMAST logo — all versions and variations of the IMAST graphical logo
Permitted Uses
You may use IMAST trademarks without prior written permission in the following limited circumstances:
- Referencing IMAST products by name in text for purposes of description, commentary, comparison, or review, provided the reference is truthful and not misleading
- Linking to IMAST's official website (www.imast.in) or product pages using the IMAST name in anchor text
- Using IMAST product names in integration documentation when describing compatibility or interoperability with your own products
- Including IMAST in partner or customer listings where a genuine business relationship exists
In all permitted uses, IMAST trademarks should be used as adjectives (e.g., "IMAST 360 platform") and not as nouns or verbs. The trademark should appear in the same form as officially used and should not be abbreviated, hyphenated, or combined with other words.
Prohibited Uses
The following uses of IMAST trademarks are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization:
- Modifying, distorting, or altering the IMAST logo in any way, including changing colors, proportions, or adding visual elements
- Using IMAST trademarks in a manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation where none exists
- Incorporating IMAST trademarks into your own company name, product name, domain name, or social media handle
- Using IMAST trademarks in advertising, promotional materials, or merchandise without written consent
- Registering domain names that contain IMAST trademarks or confusingly similar variations (e.g., imast-crm.com, loyaltyboard.io)
- Using IMAST trademarks in a disparaging, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable manner
Brand Guidelines Summary
When using IMAST trademarks in any authorized context, please observe these guidelines:
- Always capitalize "IMAST" and use proper capitalization for product names (LoyaltyBoard, Distribution+, Sales Track, LeadSprint, TrueView)
- Include an appropriate trademark attribution notice (e.g., "IMAST is a trademark of IMAST Operations Private Limited")
- Maintain adequate clear space around the IMAST logo when reproducing it
- Do not place the IMAST logo on busy or cluttered backgrounds that reduce legibility
